60-Second Mind Shift: Remembering Who You Are - Love in Human Form
Supporting you to free your mind so you can live from your heart!
“Love heals because it reminds us of who we were before we were taught to seek something outside ourselves to feel enough. Faith in external sources may bring temporary success, but faith in our inner Source creates lasting fulfillment. The fear-based mind seeks power from the world, while the love-based mind brings power to the world.”

Remembering Who You Are: Love in Human Form
Many of us carry subconscious programming that has been passed down through generations, shaped by society, and reinforced by media that says , “I am not enough.” Our negativity bias, or “Monkey Mind,” steps in to protect us from this painful belief. It tries to solve the problem by seeking external fixes: relationships, careers, achievements, or material things to validate our worth. When those fail to create any lasting peace and relief from the I am not enough program, it numbs the pain through distractions or unhealthy habits.
Living from this fear-based programming leads to exhaustion, futility, and resignation. Eventually, the soul reaches a choice point: stay stuck in victimhood, depletion, distraction and resignation or awaken to the truth that nothing external can provide the love and worth we’ve been searching for.
Love is where we came from, and love is who we are. When we let go of striving, proving, people-pleasing, and manipulating, we realize we are already whole, complete, and deeply loved just as we are.
I Affirm: Today even when fear and doubt arise, which it will because I am human - I remember my true spiritual identity: love in human form. I will ask myself how might I bring power to the world by contributing the love that I am?
Step By Step,
